The kitchenette is very convenient.

My bathroom floor was filthy, and the staff seemed indifferent. I reported the issue, but the front desk clerk was rude and offered no apologies. The cleaning only occurred after I insisted, leaving me uneasy about overall cleanliness.

Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, ensuring an early room availability after our early arrival. Although dining at the on-site restaurant was a bit pricey for a family, the convenient kitchen facilities and lovely local restaurants made meals manageable. Enjoyed the clean apartment atmosphere and the useful amenities, particularly the pool facilities.

The hotel had a beautiful pool area and well-furnished spacious rooms, making it comfortable for a family trip. However, the air freshener used in the room was overwhelming, leading to difficulties in breathing. Although the location was excellent, it was noisy at times, which could disturb light sleepers.

I stayed here for 3 nights in a spacious room that was just a short walk from Darling Harbour and the stunning Rocks area, which made my weekend explorations so enjoyable. plus, the staff were friendly and the apartment layout was super cozy and practical for a single traveler like me.

Loved that there was a washing machine and a cooktop, though we missed a frying pan. The shower had good accessibility features, but transferring was a bit tight. The location is perfect for walking to everything, and the mini bar had some seriously addictive chips. Overall, a solid place to kick back after a big day.
